We’re Ability North London, and we’re all about making life awesome for adults with special needs. We’re not your average crew – we’re more like a big, welcoming family. Whether it’s cooking up a storm in our cooking classes or exploring new places on our trips, we’re all about having fun while learning some cool life skills along the way.

Baking Program

Our baking program a is all about having fun in the kitchen while learning to prepare healthy meals and snacks. Participants get hands-on experience in food preparation and cookery, using fresh veggies and herbs they've grown themselves. From planting seeds to harvesting ingredients, it's a journey from the garden to the plate. We believe that cooking is not only a valuable life skill but also a source of joy.

Sports

Our sports program is all about supporting their wellbeing. Whether it's cruising on a bike, making a splash in the pool, or scoring goals on the field or court, we encourage participants to explore their athletic abilities. Through teamwork and practice, they not only improve their motor skills but also develop lasting friendships while staying active and healthy.

Music Sessions

In our music sessions, we nurture the inner musicians in our participants. From strumming guitar strings to tickling the ivories of a keyboard, we provide opportunities to explore various instruments. Our goal is to not only cultivate musical talents but also foster creativity and self-expression through the power of melody and rhythm.

Gardening Project

In our gardening project, we get our hands dirty and have a blast doing it! Our participants love taking care of their homegrown vegetables and herbs in our garden out back. They've really grown attached to their plants and feel a strong sense of responsibility.

In our art sessions, creativity knows no bounds. Participants unleash their imaginations, experimenting with various mediums and techniques. Whether it's painting, sculpture, or crafting, our art program encourages self-expression and celebrates the beauty of individuality through vibrant and imaginative creations.

FOOD PACKAGING

Our food packaging program is all about responsibility and community engagement. Participants learn essential skills in packaging and handling food products. They take pride in ensuring the safety and quality of these items, which are distributed to those in need.
